It is funded, among members who adhere to the enclosed statutes, an association governed by the French 1st July 1901 law, and 16th august 1901 decree, the title of which is:
This association, according its quality charter in annex, aims at:
- Promoting the best training level for directors in the social and health fields,
- Establishing comparable curricula
- Enrichment of the training competence of member organisations
- Facilitating exchange and professional mobility of students, teaching staff and directors of social and health welfare institutions in the countries concerned.
The registered office is based at: ENSP, avenue du Pr. Leon-Bernard, F - 35043- RENNES
The administration and the direction of the association are guaranteed by the Steering Committee, which is composed of six representatives of the member organisations. They are elected by the general assembly for two years.
The Steering Committee nominates from its members the executive board, composed of one president, one secretary and one treasurer.
Internal rules can be set by the Steering Committee, which submits them to approval in the general assembly. This document aims at setting up points which had not be mentioned in the statutes, especially those concerning the administration of the association.
