As soon as their application has been accepted, all new members must pay a joining fee, which has been set at min. 50 EUROS for the year 2006.
This flat-rate sum is earmarked as a contribution to prior investments made by members who joined previously.
An annual subscription is payable by all members whose affiliation is still valid. It is due for the current year unless the member resigned before 1 November of the preceding year.
This date falls after the general meeting which enables everybody to review present and future commitments. In fact, the date of the general meeting is set every year between 1 September and 31 October.
The contribution varies according to the relative wealth of the country from which the member organisation comes. The index for comparison is the per capita gross domestic product of the last known year at the time of the general meeting.
It is at the general meeting each year that the level of subscriptions are set for the following year using this index
Fulfilling our Internal Rules, the board propose the annual fee depending on the Gross Domestic Product of the countries, for the next four years (2010 - incl. 2014).The decision was accepted in the General Assembly, 22th October 2009 in Darmstadt by the present members.
Up to 3.000 $ = 50 €
3.001 – 8.000 $ = 100 €
8.001 – 12.000 $ = 150 €
12.001 – 24.000 $ = 200 €
24.001 – 36.000 $ = 250 €
36.001 – 48.000 $ = 350 €
48.001 – 60.000 $ = 400 €
over 60.000 $ = 450 €
